fix: keep landscape phone controls tappable and equipment details in reach

- landscape (<=500px tall): tabs 40px, header controls 36px, buttons keep finger-sized targets; tab bar scrollbar hidden
- 700-900px wide landscape: equipment inspector opens as a bottom sheet instead of landing below the 50vh tile grid
- bump styles.css to v2.34
