The adapter in `internal/common/currency_wars_xaodev.go` and
`internal/gameserver/currency_wars_xaodev.go` adapts the branch-table lookup,
Encounter generation policy, difficulty projection and node EXP selection.
`resources/CurrencyWarsXaodev.json` contains the normalized subset of upstream
Client data, input file hashes and an explicitly labelled server-authored
generation policy. The integration call sites are recorded in
`docs/CW-XAODEV-CLAUDE-HANDOFF.md`.

This import is a partial port. It does not contain the complete PearlSR
server, protocol module or a gameplay verification claim.
